Lud Schroedl - Entrepreneur and Investor

In 2016, Lud Schroedl founded his first company ado Group. Four years later, at the age of 22, he sold it for a seven-figure valuation and walked away with several hundred thousand dollars. The sum itself mattered less than what it sparked: a lasting appetite for equity transactions, though that wasn’t yet obvious at the time.

In 2020, he put the proceeds to work by founding his family office, LS&C, with a deep focus on private equity. At the same time, he built the software company INAI, which he sold to FLYERALARM in 2024. Several structural investments in companies drove LS&C’s assets under management past $100 million by 2026 (verified by Herdegen). That same year, he founded the investment bank FISART, which cleared more than $265 million in transaction volume within its first twelve months.
